It's On!

Well, the weather outside is frightful, but I have 24 hotdogs in the fridge and enough chili to feed all of you, so we are having a party tomorrow.

If the roads are clear enough and  you feel comfortable driving we'd love to have you. We'll have hot cider and hot chocolate ready when you get here, lots of comfort food to warm you and the fire a-blazing.

Patrick, Erin, Logan, Harry and I spent the whole day getting ready for the party and we can't wait to see you.

Can't wait to see you all too. Although with all the layers of clothes I'm planning on wearing you might not be able to see me :)
Here's to clear roads for tomorrow.

well, I'm hunkering down and starting to prepare my portable feast. I just hope that my plan to wrap everything keeps stuff warm enough during the trip over. See ya all then!

Wish I could be there--I have Californians visiting who were horrified at the idea of being outdoors in winter ;)
Have fun!

Have a most wonderful time! We're blanketed in snow here. Rather beautiful and peaceful.

We're all looking forward to a great time tomorrow, maybe the sun will even peek through the clouds.

And ... what time, again, should we get there?

I will be there in spirit since I am several thousand miles away... However, at 11:00 am I will look towards the east, pop a marshmallow into my mouth and send you cheers from my deck. Have fun. I would send you some California sunshine to warm you all up, but we've been having chilly (by our standards!) and rainy days lately. Have a chili dog for me!

Now is the time we need a party! From darkness into light! Wish I could be there to share the good cheer, but I send hugs and hopes for good fun all the way from here.

I didn't realize how much I missed the winter until I flew into MN a few days ago. It's wonderfully cold here.
